My art career began at a very early age - about 4 years of age. I have always loved to paint with atoms - aerosol, airbrush and spray guns. These days i combine a number of techniques but the spray gun is always my preferred tool. It has always been a challenge to find recognition using these so called ‘low art’ tools but my break finally came when i won the MONA Scholarship. My work usually incorporates social justice themes but ialso love conveying some psychological state through the human form. I have worked with many people over the years, teaching my skills, painting legal murals, working with offenders and those with mental health issues.
